This Universal Opt-In & Messaging Policy (“Policy”) explains how ThinkRoman and its platforms (including Mother, Sunshine, Heart, Diabetes, OpenAccess, and CherryLane) collect and use your contact information when you choose to receive messages from us. By selecting “I accept” or otherwise consenting, you agree to the terms below.
1. What You Are Opting Into
By opting in, you agree to receive digital communications from ThinkRoman through one or more of the following channels: Email, WhatsApp, SMS/text messages, push notifications, and in-app or browser messages. These communications may include educational content, product updates, helpful reminders, account notifications, or optional promotional messages relevant to the ThinkRoman platform you are using. We do not use your contact information for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data.

- Message frequency varies by service.
- Unsubscribe anytime by replying with STOP.
- Messages are sent from official ThinkRoman domains.
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
3. Information We Collect During Opt-In
We may collect your email address, phone number, communication preferences, time of consent, IP address, device information, and optional contextual details relevant to your service (e.g., weeks of pregnancy for Mother, care goals for OpenAccess). We collect only what is required to deliver a personalized, high-quality experience.

5. Your Right to Unsubscribe
You can change preferences or opt out anytime via the Unsubscribe link in our emails, by replying STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE/OPT OUT on WhatsApp or STOP via SMS, by updating account settings where available, or by emailing privacy@thinkroman.com. All unsubscribe requests are honored immediately.

ThinkRoman stores subscriber information securely in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy and data protection standards. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@thinkroman.com.

By selecting “I accept”, providing your contact information, or otherwise opting in, you confirm that you are providing information voluntarily, agree to receive communications via your selected channels, understand that you can unsubscribe at any time, and accept this Policy along with the ThinkRoman Privacy Policy.
